In the unlikely event that any information is displayed incorrect or inaccurate we will rectify the error within a reasonable timeframe.
Every product on Sports Fitness has a large detailed description. Each description is unique to Sports Fitness and has been written in house by one of our expert writers. We will endeavour to write as much detail in the description to help you understand what you are purchasing.
Inventory Control Technology
At Sports Fitness we have integrated an inventory control system that enables us to keep accurate stock levels and ensures customer satisfaction.
Once a customer places an order and their payment has been authorised the product is automatically adjusted. By only adjusting the inventory once the payment has been processed we can keep an accurate stock level and ensures we do not disappoint customers. If multiple customers try an order a low stock item at the same time. The product is allocated to the order that is processed first.
In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact the customer by telephone or email. We will offer an alternative product or offer a full refund. At no point will we ever send an alternative design or product without first consulting the customer.
As a UK company the website displays default prices in Great British Pounds. On the top right of the menu you can select to view prices in USA Dollars and Euro’s. However, when you place your order it will be handled by Sage Pay UK and the payment will be taken in Great British Pounds.
At Sports Fitness we regularly update our currency exchange conversions and cannot be held responsible for changes to exchange rates.
On orders placed in the UK and other countries within the European Community the order is subject to paying UK VAT. If you reside from outside the European Community your order will be exempt from paying UK Tax. Please note some items including children’s clothes are exempt from VAT charges.
When ordering on our online store you can pay by most types of credit and debit cards. All card payments are processed by Sage Pay UK. When processing your card payment all your card information is processed on Sage Pay UK’s payment gateway that will ensure your data is secure. As an added security measure the Sage gateway incorporates Verified by VISA & MasterCard Secure Code.
At Sport Fitness we do not gather or process any credit card information. All payments are processed by Sage UK for added security.
In addition we also accept PayPal as a form of payment. If you choose to pay with PayPal you will be directed to the PayPal website.
We are based in the United Kingdom and can deliver to most countries. At Sports Fitness we offer a variety of delivery services to suit your requirements. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day we receive them. If you choose a UK next day service or international express service we guarantee to dispatch your order the same day as long as it is placed by 14.00 UK time (Monday – Friday only). During busy periods we will still dispatch express services the same day however standard delivery orders may take up to 3 days to be dispatched.
All UK orders and most international parcels are sent on a track and trace service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email advising how to track the progress of your order. You can also logo into your account on the Sports Fitness site to track your order.
Sports Fitness can’t take responsibility for any delays due to adverse weather conditions or postal/courier delays.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order placed on Sports Fitness as long as you contact our customer services team before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has left ourselves we are unable to cancel any orders.
Returning an Order
You can return an order for an exchange or refund as long as you return it within 30 days. When returning a product it must be returned to Sports Fitness in a resalable condition including all the original manufacturer’s tags and packaging. Please note we are unable to accept personalised items back for a refund or exchange. When returning an item for an exchange there will be a return postal charge that the customer is required to pay.
