The page details shipping information for our UK customers. If you are based outside the United Kingdom then please check our INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION.

 

UK Shipping Options

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Please use the below as a guide for what your expected shipping cost will be dependant upon what service you choose.

Standard UK Shipping

Orders placed using standard shipping within the UK will generally be dispatched the next working day using a standard 1-4 day service. We will choose the most appropriate carrer. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with carrier information and tracking code enabling you to track your parcel. Should you not receive this email or require assitance in tracking your order do no hestiate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Standard shipping is a fixed cost service for any number of items or value of product, and delivery will be within 1-4 days after dispatch. This is a fully tracked service for your convenience. 

 

The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is a guaranteed next working day delivery service. Royal Mail will deliver your order by 13.00 the next working day. When the postman delivers your parcel he will require a signature. If no one is available the postman will leave a card advising if the order has been left with a neighbour or returned to the local Royal Mail depot.

 

Please note for all Special delivery orders you must ensure you place the order on the Sports Fitness website before 14.00 Monday to Friday. If you place an order after 14.00 the order will be dispatched the next working days. For Special delivery orders placed over the weekend the order will be dispatched on the following Monday.

 

Royal Mail does not guarantee Special Delivery parcels will be delivered on a Saturday. At Sport Fitness we mark all Special Delivery parcels on a Friday as Saturday delivery. In our experience most Special Delivery parcels are delivered on a Saturday as requested.

 

 

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can check the progress of your order by going to the Sport Fitness website and clicking on “my account”.

We offer a next working day (Monday – Friday) UK courier service. This service is only available for deliveries to the UK mainland. 

 

We use the courier company DPD to fulfil our UK courier services. Please note some areas of the United Kingdom mainland are not covered. Areas not covered by the DPD next day courier service are:

 

 

If you are unsure your areas is covered by DPD then please contact the Sports Fitness customer service team.

 

The UK next day courier service is a set price no matter what you order. This shipping option is ideal when you have a large order and want it delivered fast. If you have some important delivery instructions then ensure you leave them in the “Comments” section when placing your order. We will then pass the message to DPD. However please note if you request DPD leave the parcel with no signature and it goes missing Sports Fitness are unable to take any liability for the loss.

 

Each evening DPD collect from our warehouse and will then arrange to deliver your parcel the next working day. The next day DPD delivery hours are between 08.00 – 18.00. On the day of the service DPD provide an estimated 1 hour delivery time slot. If you provide your email address when placing your order you will get an email from DPD confirming the delivery time slot.

 

DPD require a signature before they can release the order. If no one is available at the address they may leave the parcel with a neighbour or return it to their local depot. If no one is at home when they attempt delivery they will leave a card advising what they have done with the parcel.

 

If you have not received your parcel after two whoring days then please contact Sports Fitness customer service and we will be able to investigate the location of your parcel with DPD.
