At Sports Fitness customer satisfaction is a number one priority. We supply the best quality sports clothing and equipment but realise sometimes a customer may wish to return their order. You can return your order 30 days from the date of purchase.
When returning an item in order for us to accept the product back for a refund you must supply the item in the original packaging along with the manufacturers tags. If you do not return your order with the correct manufacturers packaging a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund.
If you return an order and require an exchange we will happily assist as long as stock is available. If you request an exchange you will be required to pay the return postage.
How to Return an Order
When returning an order please ensure it is suitably packaged to prevent any damage. Include the correct manufacturers packaging and tags. If you can include the packing slip that is supplied with your order with a brief explanation on the reason for the return so we can process your return efficiently.

Prior to dispatching orders, our packing department ensure the items are working correctly and are in pristine condition. Our expert warehouse staff will pack your goods to prevent damage. However we are aware damage can occur during transportation. If your product arrives to you and it is damaged please report the damaged item to Sports Fitness immediately.
Returning from Outside the European Union
If you are from outside the European Union please ensure you attach an export sticker from your local Post Office to your return parcel and mark it “UK Return”. Failure to mark the parcel as a UK Return will impose a TAX charge from UK customs and we will have to refuse the package and it will be returned to the sender by the postal service.
