When creating the hot shot hockey stick, Slazenger embraced a colourful scheme to create a vibrant stick. The top taping of the stick is yellow and the base of the bottom of the stick is red. Within the red background is a navy blue, yellow and red inner circles. In the centre of this pattern is the white Slazenger logo with Panther Hot Shot branding to the right in yellow font. And to the left is the Slazenger branding and a smaller Slazenger wording in white above it. To the side of this is the Glass Fibre emblem and on the curve of the stick is the MICRA Maximum Control Greater Response stamp. The flat side of the stick also has the same design printed onto it.

Made from glass fibre, this stick has been manufactured to be lightweight therefore making it ideal for younger players. This material also has an added bonus of being able to ‘feel’ the ball more while playing and helps to reduce the vibration of impact with the ball as it absorbs and disperses the vibrations as well as having the ability to flex.
