Bibs shorts are designed for cycling but instead of an elastic waistband they are held up by a bib (braces/integral suspenders). Bib shorts are often worn by serious riders or professionals this is because of the discomfort that occurs with an elastic waistband, making bib shorts the preferred design.
These particular Nitebrite shorts are fluorescent yellow and black in color, complete with reflective elements within the logos to help make the rider more visible.
