International Shipping Information for Sports Fitness Customers

International Shipping Options
 
When you place an order at Sports Fitness you can choose to use a standard Royal Mail international service or international express courier service.
 
Depending which country you are located in we will either send your parcel using the following Royal Mail services:
 
Royal Mail International Tracked
Royal Mail International Signed
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed
 
For none urgent parcels we also offer the Royal Mail International Priority service.

Royal Mail International Tracked
 
The international tracked service is trackable from the moment your order is dispatched and until it leaves the United Kingdom and also once it has been delivered to the customer. 
 
The Royal Mail International Tracked service does not require a signature making it perfect if you are not at home.
 
If you are located within Europe the Royal Mail International Tracked service is typically delivered within 5-7 working days. For deliveries outside of Europe it can between 7-14 working days for delivery. The stated delivery times are an estimate and based on working days that exclude Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays.
 
Royal Mail International Signed
 
The Royal Mail International Signed service is trackable and you can monitor the progress of the order by tracking it on the Royal Mail website. In addition the Royal Mail International Signed service requires a signature for added security.
 
Royal Mail International Signed services to Western Europe should be delivered within 2-5 working days, Eastern Europe 3-5 working days and outside Europe 5-7 working days. Please note the stated delivery times are an estimate and do not include Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
 
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
 
The Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service has been designed for total piece and mind. The parcel is trackable at every step from leaving Sports Fitness and until it is delivered to the customer. In addition the parcel requires a signature before the order is delivered to the customer.
 
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services are estimated to be delivered within 5-7 working days (Not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
 
Tracking Royal Mail Services
 
Once we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation dispatch email. If you have chosen one of the Royal Mail trackable services you will receive the Royal Mail tracking number on your confirmation email. To track your Royal Mail delivery please use the following website and input your tracking number:

Royal Mail International Priority
 
For lower value orders you can choose the Royal Mail International Priority service that is ideal for none urgent deliveries. This Royal Mail service is not trackable and does not require a signature.
 
Royal Mail International Priority services are estimated to be delivered in Europe within 5-7 working days (Not including Saturday, Sundays and public holidays) and the rest of the world within 10 – 14 working days (Not including Saturday, Sundays and public holidays)
 
Royal Mail Delivery times
 
The Royal Mail delivery times stated on the above Royal Mail services are not guaranteed and are estimated. On occasions Royal Mail services can take up to 28 days on occasions. 
 
If you require a fast guaranteed service we recommend you select the International Air Express service.
 
International Air Express (5-7 Working Days)
 
The International Air Express service is a courier service that is available to selected European and worldwide destinations. If the International Air Express service is not showing as an available shipping method then please contact Sport Fitness customer services to see if we can offer an alternative expedited service.
 
Depending which country you reside in we will send International Air Express orders with one of the following international courier companies:

Fed-Ex

Your order should be delivered to you within 5-7 working days (Not including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). After 7 days if your order has not been delivered please contact our customer service department who will be able to assist you further.
