This particular resistance tube is the most resistible tube, however we also have other resistances available for those who are beginners or will use it in rehabilitation. It is a great piece of equipment when recovering from a muscle injury; it originates from hospitals and with further development and research Precision has designed this arm resistance tube. It is designed to improve muscular strength whether you need to rebuild strength in an injured muscle or for general fitness.

Provided with the 8 shaped arm resistance tube is three cushioned handle grips to ensure you achieve a good grip still with comfort in mind. Depending on your strength you can either use the tube with one or two arms, as using one arm will be more challenging and difficult.

Precision has manufactured this arm resistance tube with high quality rubber, offering better durability meaning the tube will have increased resistibility for a long period of time. Precision also manufactures many other sporting products that are available on the Sports Fitness online store. A recent major brand extension has allowed Precision to produce more products for a range of sports at even higher quality!

Each arm resistance tube is color coded to their specific strength; this one in particular is orange representing the heavy resistance. An example of an exercise you could do with this resistance tube is bicep curls, a method on how to carry out this is by your workout partner holding either end then you curl the center of the tube towards your body flexing your bicep.
