Sports Fitness now has a new addition which is the Fitness-Mad Pro Hand Weights (1KG); perfect for walking, jogging and aerobics.
These particular hand weights are the medium weight out of the three we have available, so these would be ideal for an average strength. The pro hand weights are designed to tone arms and to increase workout intensity as the aim is to do several sets of a high amount of repetitions, which will improve your muscular endurance.
The hand weights have a steel handle covered with non-slip NBR foam for a soft and comfortable grip and to improve a better level of safety it is complete with an elasticated strap for added safety, which will wrap around your hand reducing the chance of dropping the weights.
