We have two types of Dyna-Band available each with different purposes. The green resistance band is for beginners new to resistance exercise and the pink band is designed for after injury and mature exercisers. Each band is color coded according to their strength, to ensure you achieve the correct goals.

The resistance Dyna-Band originated from hospitals as similar products were used as rehabilitation, to strengthen and repair muscles post injury. The idea of this was then further developed to produce a fitness / training aid that enhances player’s physical performance.

Where there is the option to personalise your shirt with a name and number and/or patches we aim to dispatch in the same time-frame as non-personalised jerseys meaning that there will not be a delay in receiving your order.
