When looking for that perfect fitting sportswear or sporting accessory you will easily be able to navigate through the Sports Fitness website. By utilising the top navigation menu’s you can select your chosen sport. Alternatively why not use the search feature on the top of the page.

 

We are a UK based company and you will be billed in Great British Pounds. However we can deliver to most countries and can display the price in Great British Pounds, US Dollars and Euros. When you place an order outside of the European Union you will not be charged UK VAT.

Reliable Stock Control Technology

 

Here at Sport Fitness we have implemented a stock control system so you can place an order in confidence. Our stock is adjusted as soon as you place an order. If you want a product that is out of stock you will be given an option to “Email when back in stock”. Alternatively give us a call or email and one of our representatives will be able to assist your further.

 

 

Once you have selected your items and added it in your basket you can continue to the checkout. At this stage if you are an existing Sports Fitness customer just login with your registered email address and password. If you are a new customer just fill in your personal details and proceed to the payment processor section.

 

 

When placing an order at Sports Fitness we accept credit/debit card payments that include:

In addition you can order using PayPal. At Sports Fitness we offer a click and collect service where you place an order and can come and collect your order from the Sports Fitness warehouse.

 

 

All payments on the Sports Fitness website are processed by SAGE payment solutions. At the point of completing your card payments you will be redirected to the Sage payment website where you can input your card details securely. As an added level of security all MasterCard payments are subject to their 3D secure verification and VISA payments use verified by VISA.

 

At Sports Fitness we take our responsibility to protect your personal data as a major priority. From the point you enter the checkout process all the pages use secure encryption with a valid security certificate and we are PCI compliant.

 

 

At Sports Fitness we are dedicated in offering a great customer experience. We hope all our customers are happy with their purchase however on occasions we realise a customer may want to return their order.

 

At Sports Fitness we will happily accept a product back for a return or refund as long as it is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. You must ensure the item(s) you return are in a resalable condition that includes all the original manufacturers’ tags and packaging. Once we receive your item we can then offer you an exchange or refund the price of the product you returned.

 

If you wish to return an order you will have to pay the return postage unless the item you received is wrong or faulty.

How can I view my order history?

To look at any previous order you have made through Sports Fitness please log in and click on My Orders. 

I have been sent the wrong product. What should I do?

If the wrong product arrives please contact our customer services team, so that we can investigate. You can also fill in the return slip and return the product to us – we can arrange to have the correct product sent out to you.

I have been sent a damaged product. What should I do?

If your product has arrived in less than perfect condition please contact our customer services team who will be happy to get a replacement sent out to you.

Can I exchange items for different sizes?

If the size you have ordered isn’t quite the right fit, we would happy to exchange it for you. Please get in contact with customer services and then return the original product, letting us know what replacement size you require. We can then send this out, subject to availability of stock.

Can I change my address after submitting an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible and let us know.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Please login and visit the My Orders section of your account. You will find tracking information after dispatch here. You will also receive tracking information on the dispatch confirmation email. 

Can I place an order by phone?

My size is out of stock. Will you be getting more on?

This depends on the product. Please get in contact with our team for the most accurate information. On the product page you can also request that for us to email you if the product is available again. 

Where do you ship to?

At Sports Fitness we ship to addresses throughout the UK and internationally. This includes most countries around the world – please contact us for specific queries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices depend on where we are delivering to as well as the size of the order.

UK shipping prices:

·       Orders under £20 - £3.99

·       Orders £20-60 – £4.75

·       Orders £60-85 – £5.25

·       Orders £85-125 – £5.95

·       Next day – £6.95

International shipping prices:

·       International standard (under £25) – £6.95

·       International signed for (over £25) – £12

How does Click & Collect work?

If you live local to Sports Fitness and want to pick up your items directly from us you can use our Click & Collect system and you won’t be charged for postage and packaging. At checkout you can choose to collect from us. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection, and you can pick it up from us Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
