We are a UK based company and you will be billed in Great British Pounds. However we can deliver to most countries and can display the price in Great British Pounds, US Dollars and Euros. When you place an order outside of the European Union you will not be charged UK VAT.
Reliable Stock Control Technology
Here at Sport Fitness we have implemented a stock control system so you can place an order in confidence. Our stock is adjusted as soon as you place an order. If you want a product that is out of stock you will be given an option to “Email when back in stock”. Alternatively give us a call or email and one of our representatives will be able to assist your further.
Placing An Order
Once you have selected your items and added it in your basket you can continue to the checkout. At this stage if you are an existing Sports Fitness customer just login with your registered email address and password. If you are a new customer just fill in your personal details and proceed to the payment processor section.

At the point of completing your card payments you will be redirected to the Sage payment website where you can input your card details securely. Can I Return My Order?
At Sports Fitness we are dedicated in offering a great customer experience. We hope all our customers are happy with their purchase however on occasions we realise a customer may want to return their order.
At Sports Fitness we will happily accept a product back for a return or refund as long as it is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. You must ensure the item(s) you return are in a resalable condition that includes all the original manufacturers’ tags and packaging. Once we receive your item we can then offer you an exchange or refund the price of the product you returned.
If you wish to return an order you will have to pay the return postage unless the item you received is wrong or faulty.

How can I view my order history?
To look at any previous order you have made through Sports Fitness please log in and click on My Orders.
I have been sent the wrong product. What should I do?
If the wrong product arrives please contact our customer services team, so that we can investigate. You can also fill in the return slip and return the product to us – we can arrange to have the correct product sent out to you.
I have been sent a damaged product. What should I do?
If your product has arrived in less than perfect condition please contact our customer services team who will be happy to get a replacement sent out to you.
Can I exchange items for different sizes?
If the size you have ordered isn’t quite the right fit, we would happy to exchange it for you. Please get in contact with customer services and then return the original product, letting us know what replacement size you require. We can then send this out, subject to availability of stock.
Can I change my address after submitting an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible and let us know.
Can I track my order?

How does Click & Collect work?
If you live local to Sports Fitness and want to pick up your items directly from us you can use our Click & Collect system and you won’t be charged for postage and packaging. At checkout you can choose to collect from us. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection, and you can pick it up from us Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
