Stroops™ Safety Sleeve Elastics Stroops™ safety sleeve elastics hold a US Patent and are the highest quality sheathed elastics currently in production. Manufactured with integral carabina clips at each end they are designed to clip to belts, harnesses, handles or other attachments as required. Use for resistance training, speed and power training. Designed to extend within their sheaths to 3 times the initial length. Safety sheathes protect users from injury should rubber tubing fail and extend the life of tubing by up to 10 times the life of non-sheathed products by protecting the rubber from deterioration from sunlight, sweat and other damaging chemicals or from over stretching. Available in six different lengths and in three levels of resistance Safety Sleeve Elastics can be stretched to three times (300%) their length.
